Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 30, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Rows (“ROWS,” “ROWS ONE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit rowsone.com(the “Site”) or contact us through it.
This policy applies to our marketing website only. Your organization’s use of the ROWS ONE product or application is governed by the separate agreement entered into with that organization, not by this policy.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
When you submit our “Request a demo” form, we collect the information you choose to provide:
- Your full name
- Your work email address
- Your company name
- Your organization’s approximate number of employees
- Anything you type into the free-text “what are you trying to improve?” field
If you email us at info@rowsone.com, we also receive your email address and the contents of your message. We only ask for information we need to respond to you — please don’t send us sensitive personal information through the Site.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, our hosting provider automatically records standard technical information in its server logs, such as your IP address, browser type, device and operating system, referring page, the pages you request, and the date and time of access. We use this information to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Site.
Cookies and similar technologies
This Site does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party advertising trackers. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not track you across other websites. Any cookies set are strictly necessary for the Site to function and security.
Fonts served by Google
The Site loads web fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com andfonts.gstatic.com). When your browser requests these fonts, Google receives your IP address and standard request information in order to deliver them. Google’s handling of that data is described in theGoogle Privacy Policy.
2. How we use information
- To respond to demo requests and communicate with you about ROWS ONE;
- To answer questions or messages you send us;
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site;
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or technical issues; and
- To comply with our legal obligations and enforce our terms.
3. Legal bases for processing (EEA/UK)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your information on the following legal bases: your consent (which you may withdraw at any time); our legitimate interests in responding to your inquiries, operating and securing the Site, and growing our business; and compliance with legal obligations to which we are subject.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only:
- With service providers that help us run the Site and our business — such as our website hosting provider and Google Fonts — who may process information on our behalf and are bound to protect it;
- When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of ROWS, our users, or others; and
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
5. Data retention
We keep information you submit for as long as needed to respond to your request and for our legitimate business purposes, after which we delete or anonymize it. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security and troubleshooting and are then rotated out. You may ask us to delete information you have provided at any time (see “Your rights” below).
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, and the Site is served over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the processing of your personal information, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email us atinfo@rowsone.com. We will respond as required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law, and we have not done so in the preceding 12 months.
8. International visitors
We operate the Site from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States or other countries whose data-protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
9. Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. Links to other sites
The Site contains links to third-party sites and services, such as our LinkedIn page. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their policies.
11. Do Not Track
Because we do not track visitors across third-party websites, we do not respond differently to browser “Do Not Track” signals. We treat all visitors the same.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes may be communicated by additional means.
